This service is for those clients who wish to have professional input to their training programmes. Bespoke personal training with Super Fit is goal directed enabling the client to achieve their desired objectives. As well as coaching on physical training, attention is paid to technique and control of movement, injury prevention and performance enhancement. Ongoing personal training is available as are programmes with periodic review. In depth analysis and advice on diet, re-fuelling, rehydration and rest will also be provided.
